Wirral Buddhist Meditation Group was founded in 1992 as part of the Dechen Community. The group has met in the Quaker Meeting House, Birkenhead, every Wednesday evening at 8.00 pm for 30 Years. It is a local satellite of our main centre in Manchester where over 200 students from the UK come to meet Lama Jampa Thaye for formal courses and individual advice.
The group has also branched out to accommodate the need for meetings in Chester (Tuesday night) and New Brighton (Friday morning). Details available from main Dechen Community Webpage (below).
